Challenge
The furniture brand sold configurable products with dozens of variants — materials, dimensions, finishes. Customers abandoned confused PDPs, and shipping rules were too complex for a standard theme. The goal: clear configurator, real-time pricing and accurate delivery, without sacrificing speed.
Approach
We built a custom Shopify theme with a configurator on line-item properties, visual preview and dynamic pricing. A shipping API calculated costs by configuration and zone. PDP CRO tests simplified steps and added trust signals before add-to-cart.
